Privacy notice

Visionary Dynamic Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("we") respects your privacy and follows the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This notice explains, in plain language, what we collect and why.

What we collect

Only business information that is already public: your business name, category, address, phone number, opening hours and the services you advertise, usually from your Google Business Profile, social media page or directory listings. If you contact us, we also keep the details you send us.

Why we use it

To build a free preview of a website for your business and to offer you our website services. If you become a client, we use your details to deliver and bill for the service.

How we contact you

We send each business one email introducing its free preview. If you don't reply, we may follow up once by phone. We only send further messages (including WhatsApp) if you reply or ask us to. Every message tells you how to opt out.

Opting out

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time — see our opt-out page. We remove you within 2 business days and keep only a note that you opted out, so we never contact you again.

Paying online

If you pay online, you enter your card details on Paystack’s secure checkout, not on our site. We receive your name, email, business name and the payment status so we can deliver your website. Paystack’s own privacy policy covers how it handles your payment.

Keeping and sharing information

We don't sell or share your information. A preview we send you is taken offline 14 days after we send you the link, unless you become a client. If you opt out, we delete your preview and details straight away. Our websites are hosted with Cloudflare, and online payments are processed by Paystack; both process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. Email hello@visionarydynamics.co.za. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
